Double/twin share: two people in one room

Single room: mean: one person in one room with different price

Travel with Halong Tours Booking, you can easy to:

• Extend and adjust your trip in a convert way.

• Extend their stay to other places around Vietnam such as Nha Trang. Phu Quoc, Da Lat, ect.

• Upgrade to private tours

Confirmed booking: we will contact customers to send all document regarding full itinerary, flight tickets, …. Atleast one month before travel date

Customers should provide all information incldued names as same as per passport, date of birth, gender, flight details to fill in the booking form

Date changes / Cancellations

• Confirmed booking will be charged 20% of total if cancelled and must notify us by email 40 days before the departure date

• Refunds are not applicable for guests travelling within 40 days of the travel date

• Customer change date : free of charge for change date and must inform us atleast 40 days before travel date, we applied a 10% fee to all notify us by email within 40 days of the travel date plus any issued flight tickets cost, other fees of patners (hotel, cruise….)charge.
