Absolutely amazing from pick up at hotel and transfer to the boat was faultless . The staff were impeccable and so friendly and the rooms were clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend especially Tony the tour guide and Hoan the bar manager!! -

We were met at our Hanoi hotel by tour guide Tom. He briefly explained what was happening, showed us to the bus and then explained in full to the group the itinerary for the next 24 hours; which included a cruise on one of the Majestic boats, meals and tours. We really enjoyed our night aboard Majesty Cruise. “Tom Cruise” was a great and knowledgeable guide. The food was good and very plentiful. The rooms were well appointed although their linens could use an upgrade.Thank you Tom! -

Tour was enjoyable but the weather wasn't great. Enjoyed the friendliness of cruise staff and tour guide Tom (his English was great). The food was delicious and the rooms were nice. My girlfriend took 'acceptable photos' of me :)
