Booking Cruise Policy
Please note that cruise itineraries, activities and schedules are subject to change, dependent upon the weather, tide levels and operating conditions. A refund will not be given for any unused services.
Guests with any dietary requirements (e.g. vegetarian resources, food allergies, religious restrictions, etc.) are requested to inform the cruise 7 days before departure.
A 48-hour advance registration is required by Halong Bay Management Authority and Port Authority Permits. Guests must provide full name, date of birth, nationality, passport number/ ID number, and Vietnamese visa expiry date for all passengers under Special Requests box. Guests who fail to provide the necessary information above may not be allowed to be on board.
Children whose travel documents are attached to the parent's passport, must be accompanied by said parent. Guests who travel with children are expected to provide adult supervision at all times. Upon check-in, guests are required to present a valid passport or ID to board the cruise. Embarkation and disembarkation point: No. 16 (Dock 16), Tuan Chau Marina, Halong City, Quang Ninh Province.
Embarkation ends strictly at 12:15 noon. Please note that embarkation ends strictly at 12:15 P.M. Late check-in incurs an additional charge.
Chargeable transfer service (by either shuttle bus or private car) between Hanoi and Ha Long is available upon request. Kindly contact the property directly for the service price. Guests who wish to utilise the service are requested to inform the property at least 24-hour prior to departure.
Pick-up points:
- By private car: at any hotel within Hanoi
- By shuttle bus: at any hotel within Hanoi's Old Quarter Area, or at Hanoi Opera House (No. 1 Trang Tien Street)

Our room is ok, comfortable, we have free water, tea, coffee. We had So many memories on Titop island and pearl farmMs. Ha, our tour guide, is a wonderful person. She is dedicated and heartwarming.
