    Hotel's cancellation/changing policy

    Under 8 rooms: - Cancellations made 10 or more days prior to the date of arrival (Saturday, Sunday and holidays are not included): Free - Cancellations made within 10 days prior to the date of arrival (Saturday, Sunday and holidays are not included) will incur a 100% charge - All order forms in holidays/Tet is not allowed to be canceled/changed

    Cancellation/changing fee in a service = hotel's cancellation/changing fee standard + transaction tackling fee

    Transaction tackling fee as below:

    • - Booking service under VND 5 million: from VND 50,000 to 2% total value of the service.
    • - Booking service over VND 5 million: 1,5% total value of the service
