Wonderful time in Hanoi and Halong Bay

Book a tour with these guys from Australia and it have been the easiest booking I've make, Nancy the lady that I was dealing with was excellent, helping with internal tours in and around the areas where we stayed. We even left out passports in Sapa at the hotel the day before we had to fly out and she organised to get them to our hotel the next day....
