VIETNAM EVISA:

This MUST be applied prior to your travelling date. This can be obtained via 3 main ways:

+ Contact the nearest Vietnamese Embassy in your place

+ Apply online via our governmental immigration department official website and follow instructions (https://evisa.gov.vn/)

+ Use our service (Highly recommend): We can assist you to arrange an E-Visa to enter Vietnam all you need to do is to send over your information. The fee is 52USD/person for single entry for 30 days including the stamp fee in which you do not need to pay any extra at the airport.

- Passport scan (with passport expiry date must be AT LEAST 6 MONTHS VALID from your arrival date in Vietnam)

- Portrait photos (without glasses)

Day 1: Hanoi Arrival - Airport Pick Up - Transfer To Hotel (N/A)

Upon arrival in Noi Bai International Aiport (HAN) you will be picked up by our driver with a private car and dropped off at your hotel in Hanoi center. The rest of the day is spent at your leisure.

Hanoi Old quarter- Home to a mix of Vietnamese architecture, green spaces, ancient shops and fresh-as-it-gets street food — all of it easily explored on foot. At first look, these 36 streets can feel frenetic. Don't worry: Constant motion is part of the Old Quarter's charm. You'll notice bicycle vendors selling fresh flowers and ripe fruit, old friends gathering for games of checkers, and cooks doing a roaring trade in steaming phở and bún chả. Walking around you can visit Vietnam’s electric capital offers layers of Chinese and French influence, gaggles of scooters and a wealth of world-class restaurants.

07.45 – 08.00: You will be picked up from your hotel in Ha Noi Old Quarter. Then we will head to Ha Long Bay. You may enjoy the landscape of the Red River Delta along the way

11.30: Upon arriving in our lobby in Tuan Chau Marina, you may take a short stretch while our staff arranges all registration with the local government.

12.00 – 12.30: The cruise captain and staff will welcome you onboard LE JOURNEY CRUISE after a short tender transfer. While enjoying a refreshing welcome drink, a short cruise briefing and safety instructions will be given.

12.30 – 13.00: start the voyage to Ha Long Bay – one of the New Seven Nature Wonders of the World. Lunch is served on board while the cruise passes via amazing limestone karst formations that rise up out of the sea in an impressive manner.

14.00 – 14.30: You will leave the cruise to explore Sung Sot Cave (also known as Surprise/ Amazing Cave), one of the biggest and most beautiful caves in Ha Long Bay.

15.00: Returning to the cruise, the trip will continue to Ti Top Island. Here, you can watch the magnificent view over either the Gulf of Tonkin or swim in the emerald green and cool water.

17.00: After a long day, this is the ideal time to enjoy energizing drinks and snacks by joining ‘Happy Hour’ or Cooking Class on the sundeck

19.30: Sumptuous Dinner is served. Enjoy delicious local food prepared and served for you by our wonderful onboard catering staff.

20.30: After dinner, various activities including karaoke, and squid fishing are organized. Or you can just laze around with exhilarating drinks from our bar. The rest of the day is spent at your leisure.

07:45-08:15: Pick up from hotel in Hanoi then transfer to Halong Bay by Limosine via high way

11.30: Arrive at Tuan Chau harbor, check in at the waiting room.

12.30: Welcome to Lacasta Cruise and enjoy a welcome drink, meet the captain, crew to get a brief introduction about cruise and safety guidelines. Complete check-in procedures.

13.30: Enjoy Vietnamese seafood and vegetarian lunch, while cruising in the magnificent Halong –Lan Ha Bay, admiring the fascinating rock formations in the bay.

06.15 – 07.00: Breakfast is served. It can be a great idea to enjoy the meal with the magnificent view of the sunrise in Ha Long Bay.

8.00 -9.30: The cruise gets closer to the center of the Natural Preservation Area. Join our guide on a short trip to Luon Cave. This magic work of nature shows you the formation of karst mountains. You can discover this time masterpiece by kayaking on your own. If you are lucky, you can catch great photos with mischievous monkeys jigging up and down around the cliffs.

9.30: Back on board and it is time for checking out.

10.00: Whilst cruising back, delightful lunch will be served.

11.35: We return to the quayside in the south of the bay, where our visitors disembark in Tuan Chau Marina. And leave for Ha Noi on our shuttle.

15.30 – 16.00: You will get back to your hotel in Ha Noi Old Quarter

Option travel with 5-star cruise:

7.00: Have breakfast. Morning view of bay’s landscape with a cup of tea or coffee.

8.15: Visit the famous Frog Pond area, this is the filming location of the famous movie Kong Skull Island (King Kong) in Quang Ninh 2018. Here you can freely kayak to explore the landscape, or immerse yourself in the cool, clear blue water.

09.00: Back to your cabin, take relax and check carefully all the luggage before leaving your cabin.

9.30: Check-out from the private cabin and enjoy a fantastic cruise on the bay for room service. Complete check-out procedures

10.15: Enjoy lunch at the restaurant while the cruise is returning to the harbor.

11.30: You take the high-speed canoe back to Tuan Chau port. Return to Hanoi by the luxury limousine.

15.30: Arrive in Hanoi. Trip ends

17:45-18:00: our tour guide will welcome you at your hotel lobby, then start walking tour in old quarter "36 streets" to visit some famous and specialized- food families or stalls/ local restaurants, shops where they run their business every day, certainly you will watch and taste some particular dishes. At 21.00, our tour guide say goodbye to you, and will help you order taxi or show you direction back your hotel

Night 3: Overnight in hotel in Hanoi

Day 4: Hanoi – Bus To Sapa – Cat Cat Village trekking (B/L)

06:00-06:30: Pick up from the hotel, get on a bus and depart for Sapa

13.00: Arrive Sapa Town with colorful traditional costumes of H'mong, Dzao, Tay ethnic People.

The tour guide will be waiting for you at Bus station. Then, please follow the guide to go to hotel

Enjoy the lunch with local Vietnamese dishes, check-in procedures

14.30: A short trek to the gate of Cat Cat village which is home of Black H'mong ethnic people and is located near the bottom of a deep valley at the foot of Fansipan Peak. Our local guide will show you the daily life activities of the locals, trek down to the valley bottom to the waterfall where the French built a Hydraulic Power Station; stop for photo with bridge and waterfall then you will walk uphill for bus to pick up to get back to Sapa in the afternoon.

17.00: Come back to Sapa Town. The rest of the day is free on your own.

Trekking distance is about 4-6 kms and it lasts for 2 hours

Night 4: Overnight in hotel in Sapa town.

Day 5: Sapa -Trekking To Y Linh Ho - Lao Chai - Ta Van Village – Bus Back To Hanoi (B/L)

Have breakfast at hotel and prepare light pack for trekking

9.30: Trek from Sapa to Y Linh Ho then trek through the rice terraces and along Muong Hoa Stream to the Black Hmong village of Lao Chai to see the spectacular landscape of Hoang Lien Son Mountain.

12.30: lunch at local restaurant

13.30: Heading to Ta Van village - home of Dzay ethnic people.

14.30: Bus picks you up at Ta Van Bridge to Sapa.

15:30 - 16.00: The tour guide will take you to the bus stop to get the bus back to Hanoi.

21.00 – 21:30: Arrive bus station in Ha Noi. Make your own way back to your hotel.

Day 6: Hanoi Departure - Fly To Da Nang - Transfer To Hoi An (B)

Today, you will have free time to discover Hanoi old quarter, until our driver comes to pick you for the flight to Da Nang. Upon arrival, you will be transferred to hotel in Hoi An, check in hotel in Hoi An

The ancient town of Hoi An, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, was the most important trading port in Southeast Asia in the 15th century. Its ancient past is superbly preserved in an enchanting collection of temples, pagodas, shop houses and magnificent private homes in the town's Old Quarter. Walking or Biking to discover Hoi An Town is a choice of this artistic jewel, with its century's old architecture.

Night 6: Overnight in hotel in Hoi An

Day 7: Marble Mountains - Monkey Mountain - Am Phu Cave Sunset Tour (B)

13:30 – 14:00: We’ll pick you up at the hotel in Hoi An and transfer you to Da Nang city (around 35km).

14:30: Discovery the Marble Mountains and stop for a walk along the site to see local factories of stone sculptures - the most impressive handicrafts village in Da Nang. Check in the Marble Mountains by climbing up to the top (elevator is optional). Here we will see beautiful pagodas which were made in the 19th century by the last dynasty of the VietNam monarchy and visit Huyền Không or Tàng Chơn caves. Keep going to see the biggest fascinating cave named as Âm Phủ cave. You will learn interesting philosophies of Buddhism and take photos with amazing natural creations.

16:30: Our van will transfer you to Monkey Mountain. A giant statue of Lady Buddha with a beautiful background such as mountains and a huge garden of bonsai would draw your attention. You will get lost in the garden of heaven with gripping stories when gently walking and enjoying a fresh breeze.

18:00:We will drop you at your hotel. Tour ends!

Night 7: Overnight in hotel in Hoi An.

Day 8: Hoi An - Free And Easy (B)

You will have the whole day free in Hoi An, and discover the beautiful ancient town on your own.

Or you can choose to do one of our optional tours as below:

Optional tour: Hoi An cooking class tour.

Visit Hoi An market to buy ingredients for the cooking class. You then ride to Tra Que village (a short 15 minutes cycle away.) You will be welcomed with a special local soft drink - “É” water or local tea. After your welcome, take a short walk around the vegetable garden to see local farmers at work.

Begin to learn how to cook local delicacies.

After your cooking class, enjoy the foods cooked by yourself. By bicycle we return back to the hotel.

Optional: Golden Bridge – Ba Na Hill Tour (Lunch Included)

Admire the astounding bridge lifted by two “hands of the Gods” in Ba Na Hill. From these amazing man-made wonders, you can enjoy the marvellous scenery of nature from above. Take this tour and walk among your fairy tales.

Day 9: Hoi An - Airport Transfer - Flight To Ho Chi Minh City (B)

After breakfast at your hotel and you are free till airport transfer. Today, you will have a flight to Ho Chi Minh city and stay overnight at the most touristic area of Ho Chi Minh City.

Ho Chi Minh - Vietnam’s largest economic center and cultural capital, Ho Chi Minh City boasts soaring skyscrapers that tower over charming French colonial structures and traditional pagodas from Saigon’s yesteryear. Past the bustling streets and dizzying traffic

Night 9: Overnight in hotel in Ho Chi Minh

Day 10: Cu Chi Tunnel Half Day Tour (B)

07:30 – 07:50: Pick up at your hotel and depart to Cu Chi will take approximately one and a half hours bus driving.

Upon arrival, before exploring the tunnels, you will have some short introduction followed by introductory video about how the tunnels were constructed and how the people survived in the harsh conditions of the wartime.

Then, spend your time exploring the remaining area and tunnel systems which included the special constructed living areas with kitchens, bedrooms side by side with other martial facilities like storage, weapons factories, field hospitals, and command centers helping whoever lives inside the tunnels meet their basic needs.

Besides, there are also many hidden trap doors and dangerous traps within the maze-like tunnels for security purpose during the war. Afterward, special tea and cassava (guerilla’s food during the war) will be served.

Break time for relaxation or time for those who want to try the real shooting gun (personal expense) before returning to Saigon.

Optional tour: Saigon by night and street food by motorbike

This is the real street-food tour of Saigon. You’ll strap on your helmet and hit the streets by motorbike, just like the locals do, scouting the city for truly fresh flavor. Stopping in some of the city’s most diverse districts, you’ll sit down to banh mi, bun bo, banh xeo, Vietnamese barbecue, and more. Those words might not mean much now, but your tastebuds will absolutely remember them

Really good tour with these guys. Hotel accommodation was great with often getting upgrades, mid-trip flight was good, price for tour was great. The tours were mostly good, with pick ups on time and buses good. Everything was so well planned and organised lifts transfers flights and tours with well spoken funny tour guides and our host always in contact asking how we were going and gave tips for things to do at night and made sure we home safe.
