Voluntary Changes:

This includes booking changes requested by you, included but not limited to those required changes an airline ticket or a Purchase Confirmation reissued.

So if you made changes after your booking was proceeded and flight tickets were issued, a surcharge with $50.00 per person + any additional charges will be applied by the airline/cruise company/accommodation/other travel providers.

Cancellation/Refund:

1st deposit at 199 $AUD/whole group to secure booking will not be refunded to you

2nd deposit (50% of total balance or based on discussion) when we issued all flight tickets: if you want to cancel tour please follow charges:

- 30 days before travelling date: 30% of 2nd deposit plus any additional charges applied by the airline/cruise company/accommodation/other travel providers (applied for 3, 4, 5 star accommodation)

- From 15 days to under 30 days: 50% of 2nd deposit plus any additional charges applied by the airline/cruise company/accommodation/other travel providers (just applied for 3, 4 star accommodation)

- No applied refund for travelling under 30 days with 5 star accommodations

- Under 15 days: no refund applied for 3, 4,5 star accommodations

Method of refund: via paypal and fee will be covered by customers

Last payment: on arrival

No cancellation applied on arrival date, however if you get on bad health condition and have a certificate from a doctor to confirm you can not continue to travel. Refund policies will be applied as below:

Day 1: Ha Noi Arrival- Airport Transfer- Check In Hotel In Hanoi (N/A)

Upon arrival you will be picked up and dropped off at hotel in Hanoi central. The rest of the day is spent at your leisure

Night 1: Overnight in hotel in Hanoi

Day 2: Hanoi – Halong Bay (B/L/D)

7:45-8:15am: Our guide will meet you at your hotel. The shuttle bus or private car pick up. Enjoy the peaceful scenery as we travel through the countryside, farmlands and Red River delta.

12:00 – 12:30 Arriving Tuan Chau Marina. Welcome aboard the cruise. Meet the captain, crew and join us for welcome drink as we tell you about life onboard.

12:30: Check in your cabin. Time to refresh.

13:00: Served a delectable lunch while cruising ahead to Ha Long Bay

14:00: Explore the Surprising Cave – the most beautiful cave in Ha long Bay. It is one of the widest grottoes in Ha Long Bay with thousands of stalactites and stalagmites.

15:30 visit the Titop Island – swimming Climbing up to the Top of the Island – take the best view of Halong Bay Continue cruising to the quiet area while enjoy beautiful seascape on the way.

18:00: Enjoy the Sunset Party on sundeck.

19:00 Dinner is served.

20:00 Socialize with other guests or just laze around

Night 2: Overnight on board

Day 3: Halong Bay – Hanoi- Recheck In Hotel (B/L)

6:30 – 6:45 Do Tai Chi or a photo hunt

7:00 Have breakfast on board while the boat starts cruising to the Natural Preservation Zone.

8:00 Kayaking to explore around the area or visit a floating house and learn about the daily life of the local fishermen who live there.

9:00 We board the cruise again .Take time to refresh and relax before checking out. Bags can be left in luggage store.

10:00 Join in the Cooking Class, teaching you how to make our specifically (Spring rolls) before an early lunch is served.

11: 30 – 12:00 Disembark at the harbor, Tuan Chau Marina.

17:00 Arrival back at your hotel in Hanoi

Night 3: Overnight in hotel in Hanoi

Day 4: Hanoi – Bus To Sapa – Cat Cat Village (B/L/D)

06:30 – 7.00: Pick up from the hotel, get on big bus and depart for Sapa

13.00: Arrive Sapa Town with colorful traditional costumes of H'mong, Dzao, Tay ethnic People.

The tour guide will be waiting for you at Bus station. Then, please follow the guide to go to hotel

Enjoy the lunch with local Vietnamese dishes, check-in procedures

14.30: A short trek to the gate of Cat Cat village which is home of Black H'mong ethnic people and is located near the bottom of a deep valley at the foot of Fansipan Peak. Our local guide will show you the daily life activities of the locals, trek down to the valley bottom to the waterfall where the French built a Hydraulic Power Station; stop for photo with bridge and waterfall then you will walk uphill for bus to pick up to get back to Sapa in the afternoon.

Trekking distance is about 3.5 kms and it lasts for 2 hours

17.00: Come back to Sapa Town.

18.15: Dinner will be served

Night 4: Overnight in hotel in Sapa town.

Day 5: Sapa Bus To Hanoi (B)

Have breakfast at hotel and then you have free and easy time to discover Sapa market, Sapa town. Check out hotel at 12.00pm

15.00-15:30: The tour guide will take you to the bus stop to get our Bus to Hanoi

21.00 – 21.30: Arrive in Ha Noi.

Night 5: Overnight in hotel in Hanoi

Day 6: Hanoi - Airport Transfer - Flight To Danang - Check In Hotel In Hoi An (B)

Enjoy breakfast at hotel. You will have some free time until our driver transport to Hanoi airport to take flight to Danang. Arrive in Hoi An and check in hotel. The rest of the day is spent at your leisure

You are free to visit Hoi An Ancient Town, go shopping or relaxing on An Bang Beach.

Reception staff always knew what was next on our itinerary, what time and who was picking us up. Hanoi Sky Hotel breakfasts gave us a terrific selection of traditional and western breakfast options.Then onto Vista Hotel in Sapa. Our room was great with views of the complete valley, again food was plentiful and delicious. Our trek leader Zonza was a delight.This was amazing on cruise! Our cabin had a big bed, ensuite and balcony. The delicious food just kept coming and coming and the scenery was spectacular. Back to Hanoi to fit in some shopping and a Street Food Tour. Jenny took us on a wonderful food adventure down little lanes and alleys, up back stairs to delicious traditional Vietnamese food - rice pancakes, egg coffee and mango with coconut icecream yum. The crew already had the information noted and brought me a delicious vegetarian set menu. The communication and organisation was flawless. My only regret (and it's not necessarily the fault of halong tour booking) is upgrading the tour to a 4* package throughout the trip.In Hanoi, the 4* hotel (Flower Garden Hotel) is lovely, but it is quite a distance out of the old quarter, whilst the 3* one has a great location. In Sapa, the 4* hotel (Sapa legend) was the worst part of our trip. The hotel was disappointing and we actually preferred the 3* one when we visited it. It was a better location and friendlier staff. It felt like a few hundred dollars wasted and 3* would have been better. (I'm only writing this in case someone is reading this and is on the fence as to whether or not to upgrade... When i landed Hanoi I was skeptical about the whole tour and could not find the driver to pick me up....of course i had been waiting a long time for my bag so was not sure if he would have left.i eventually found him and everything was so smooth after that. Our tour with Halong Tours Booking booked was fantastic and excellent value! James was easy to contact and everything was well organised. Our overnight cruise on Halong Bay was great fun. The food was lovely, the crew friendly and our guide was very patient, funny and knowledgable. Sapa was breath taking and our trekking guide La La was wonderful! We cannot wait to come back again!

Really good tour with these guys. Hotel accommodation was great with often getting upgrades, mid-trip flight was good, price for tour was great. The tours were mostly good, with pick ups on time and buses good.
