- 1st deposit: We require only 199 AUD/your group via online payment link with 4% bank fee to secure your booking.
- 2nd deposit: 50% of total balance will be paid when we issue flight ticket: Ha Noi to Da Nang
- Final payment: will be paid when you arrive in Vietnam

Changes/Refund Policy
Voluntary Changes:
This includes booking changes requested by you, included but not limited to those required changes an airline ticket or a Purchase Confirmation reissued.
So if you made changes after your booking was proceeded and flight tickets were issued, a surcharge with $50.00 per person + any additional charges will be applied by the airline/cruise company/accommodation/other travel providers.
Cancellation/Refund:
1st deposit at 199 $AUD/whole group to secure booking will not be refunded to you
2nd deposit (50% of total balance or based on discussion) when we issued all flight tickets: if you want to cancel tour please follow charges:
- 30 days before travelling date: 30% of 2nd deposit plus any additional charges applied by the airline/cruise company/accommodation/other travel providers (applied for 3, 4, 5 star accommodation)
- From 15 days to under 30 days: 50% of 2nd deposit plus any additional charges applied by the airline/cruise company/accommodation/other travel providers (just applied for 3, 4 star accommodation)
- No applied refund for travelling under 30 days with 5 star accommodations
- Under 15 days: no refund applied for 3, 4,5 star accommodations
Method of refund: via paypal and fee will be covered by customers
Last payment: on arrival
No cancellation applied on arrival date, however if you get on bad health condition and have a certificate from a doctor to confirm you can not continue to travel. Refund policies will be applied as below:
* 1st and 2nd deposit will be not refunded
* The last payment will be refunded to you after being deducted from any additional charges applied by the airline/cruise company/accommodation/other travel providers (just applied for 3, 4 star accommodation)
