Really good tour with these guys. Hotel accommodation was great with often getting upgrades, mid-trip flight was good, price for tour was great. The tours were mostly good, with pick ups on time and buses good. Lots of travel time on the buses though when heading out of the city and the tours were very touristy often with big crowds, especially Halong Bay. Tracey was great to deal with as well always getting back to us quickly with lots of information and options. Overall fantastic value and a fun trip in a wonderful place!Less

At all places the cars/vans that you sent were of a good quality.3. Everyday your tour guide and the car/van came on time. We were never delayed.4. We travelled to Vietnam and Cambodia on a holiday organised by Halong Tours Booking. We are ‘Senior Citizens’ with a zest for travel and usually organise our own holidays. We were slightly concerned as we don’t usually do trips as part of an organised tour but the vacation was extremely efficiently arranged and we had a brilliant time. The tours depart every day so numbers are small, often staying at different hotels, so in no way did we feel part of a ‘pack’. We met different people from different countries (in taxis, mini buses) for each leg of our trip. The places we visited (apart from one) were superb, each one a highlight in its own right. The hotels were excellent, though we did upgrade to 4*, with friendly and helpful staff at each locatation. The excursions were very interesting, every one led by excellent guides. overcrowded, hemmed in, huge, very smelly indoor market with the most disgusting toilets. Halong Bay was beautiful and the boat, cabin and food of a very high standard. However, we and many people younger than us (!) didn’t enjoy the karaoke. There was a general exodus when it started led by people in their 20’s. It did appear that every other boat was also subjected to karaoke so perhaps it is thought this is what visitors want! We also felt that more factual information on Halong Bay itself would have been appreciated. The guide, whilst good, only ensured we got from A - B safely, though he did a sterling job kicking off the karaoke! I must mention our superb liaison at Halong Tours, namely James. His efficiency is second to none, very friendly and extremely helpful, replying to emails within 24 hours. We will definitely be returning to Vietnam and would do so through Halong Tours Booking.Less

I took this trip with my sister and we truly had the best experience. Everything was taken care of, including beautiful accommodation, punctual pickup times, educational and friendly tour guides and our travel agent was amazing. Bella (travel agent) arranged everything, regularly communicated via e-mail and took care of every need we had. Being vegetarian and having a range of food allergies, almost all food that was provided catered for our requirements and we were made to feel so special with every interaction. There is honestly nothing we can fault with our stay or the tour we went on. The experiences were adventurous and the tour guides had fun with us which was amazing to experience. They only chose the best vendors and we are grateful for every moment. Thank you for making our journey a memorable one!Less

My girlfriend and I recently enjoyed what was probably the best holiday I have ever been on to Vietnam and Cambodia. We purchased a Groupon voucher which was booked through Halong Tours. This worked out to be excellent and I would highly recommend them. Everything was seamless, all the transfers went according to plan, the hotels were excellent and there was an excellent balance within the itinerary between tours and free time. Our tour guides were great and on some days there were just 4 of us which made it quite a personal experience. Having so much free time gave us the independence to explore on our own or just sit by the pool and enjoy cocktails, we certainly didn't feel that every minute of our time was super organised. All in all, it was a fabulous experience and I will definitely be back for more.Less

Wow what an absolute amazing trip we had celebrating our daughters 21st. We were amazed at the quality of everything. The tour guides were beautiful, knowledgeable people.
