Halong Tours Booking (Tracy) - Fantastic Service!!!!

We just came back from 3 weeks in Vietnam which was 90% booked by Tracy at Halong Tours Booking. I was a little sceptical handing over my planning to her at the beginning and wasn't sure what we would receive on arrival. I didn't have to worry at all. Every single one of our accommodation / tour bookings was in place, every single transfer turned up on time (or 5 mins early) and I'm sure that whilst we were travelling Tracy was calling the hotels and drivers to confirm details right up until our departure. I highly recommend using Tracy if you are planning on visiting Vietnam. It was an excellent service.
