Hotel changing/cancellation policy

- Cancellations made within 07 days prior to the date of arrival (Saturday, Sunday and holidays are not included) will incur a 100% charge for the first night.
- Cancellations made within 04 days prior to the date of arrival or absence in the date of arrival (Saturday, Sunday and holidays are not included) will incur a 100% charge.
Booking in peak season, holidays, Tet is not allowed to cancel or change. Every change about days and number of rooms is considered as cancellation, cancellation policy will be applied.

Children under 6 years old: Free of Charge, sharing room with parents, no extra bed and free breakfast
No accommodation charge for children 12 years old and under (maximum 2 children/room) sharing the same room with parents, no extra bed but 50% discount on meal rate is compulsory applied.
Children from 12 years old and above: Considered to be an adult and should be charged as regular guest.
