VIETNAM EVISA: This MUST be applied prior to your travelling date. This letter can be obtained via 3 main ways:

+ Contact the nearest Vietnamese Embassy in your place

+ Apply online via our governmental immigration department official website and follow instructions (https://evisa.gov.vn/). It takes 4-7 working days for the whole process

+ Use our service (Highly recommend): We can assist you to arrange an E-Visa to enter Vietnam all you need to do is to send over your details. The fee is 52 USD/person for single entry for 30 days including the stamp fee in which you do not need to pay any extra fee at the airport.

- Passport scan (with passport expiry date must be AT LEAST 6 MONTHS VALID from your arrival date in Vietnam)

Day 1: Hanoi Arrival-Airport Pick Up - Transfer To Hotel (N/A)

Upon arrival to Noi Bai airport, you will get picked up and transferred to Hanoi city center, the most exciting place for tourists.The rest of the day is free at your leisure.

You are free to discover the bustling streets of the “Quarter of the 36 guilds’’ – a place of unique charm and endless activity: artisans, stalls, tinsmiths, jewellers, calligraphers, carpenters, mobile stalls, leather or rattan goods, people selling fans, votive objects, lacquer ware, silk, mats, paper, pipes and so much more.

Day 2: Hanoi – Halong Bay (B/L/D)

07:45-08:15: You will be picked up at your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter and transferred to Ha Long

11:30-12:00: Upon arrival at Tuan Chau International Cruise Port, you will enjoy a warm welcome from our cruise staff in the waiting lounge and complete the check-in procedure.

12:30: Upon boarding the cruise, our crew welcome you with a refreshing drink and cold towel before checking into your cabin. The vessel leaves Tuan Chau Marina, taking you on an exciting journey to discover the beauty of Ha Long Bay. Along the way, you can enjoy the view of some of the most beautiful spots in Ha Long and admire the grandeur of the Bay with thousands of limestone islands while the vessel heads to Surprising Cave.

Enjoy your lunch at our luxurious restaurant on board while the vessel cruises toward Surprising Cave.

14:45: Explore the Surprising Cave – the most beautiful cave in Halong Bay.

After that, we will take you to visit Titop Island – swimming, climbing up to the Top of the Island – take the best view of Ha Long Bay in the Summer time.

17:30-18:00: Back on board, you will participate in a Sunset Party & Cooking Class while the vessel cruises toward the shore. You can enjoy relaxing moments while sipping a cup of traditional Vietnamese tea or coffee on the sundeck amid wonderful scenery and beautiful sunset. Ha Long Bay is calm during the day, but when the sun goes down, the Bay becomes even more tranquil and peaceful.

You will be instructed to make delicious Fresh Spring rolls by our chef and then enjoy the rolls made on your own.

17:30-18:30: Happy hour – BUY 2 DRINK GET 1 FOR FREE (cocktails, mocktails…)

19:00-20:00: Enjoy your dinner on the Sundeck (if the weather is favorable)

06:45-07:30: Have breakfast on board while the boat starts cruising to the Natural Preservation Area

07:45-09:00: Kayaking to explore Luon Cave. If you are lucky, you can catch great photos of mischievous monkeys jigging up and down around the cliffs

09:30: Check-out time.

Please put your luggage outside your cabin and leave the room key at the reception desk. Our staff will transfer your luggage to the waiting area.

10:00: Enjoy an early lunch at the restaurant on the 2nd floor and settle the bills if any.

11:00: Arrival at Tuan Chau Marina. Get on shuttle bus to return Hanoi.

15:00-15:30: Arrive Hanoi. Trip ends

Option travel with 5-star cruise:

Lan Ha Bay – Ha Noi – Recheck in hotel (Meal: B, L)

7.00am: Have breakfast. Morning view of bay’s landscape with a cup of tea or coffee.

8.15am: Visit the famous Frog Pond area, this is the filming location of the famous movie Kong Skull Island (King Kong) in Quang Ninh 2018. Here you can freely kayak to explore the landscape, or immerse yourself in the cool, clear blue water.

09.00am: Back to your cabin, take relax and check carefully all the luggage before leaving your cabin.

9.30am: Check-out from the private cabin and enjoy a fantastic cruise on the bay for room service. Complete check-out procedures

10.15am: Enjoy lunch at the restaurant while the cruise is returning to the harbor.

11.30am: You take the high-speed canoe back to Tuan Chau port. Return to Hanoi by the luxury limousine.

15.30pm: Arrive in Hanoi

Because of cruising conditions, the program may be changed slightly due to specific weather or tide conditions without prior notice to visitors. Wi-Fi is available although internet connectivity is limited due to the geography of Ha Long.

17:45-18:00: our tour guide will welcome you at your hotel lobby, then start walking tour in old quarter "36 streets" to visit some famous and specialized- food families or stalls/ local restaurants, shops where they run their business every day, certainly you will watch and taste some particular dishes (We can customize vegetarian food or special requirement)

The old quarter in Hanoi is over one thousand years old and today retains much of the old flavor that made the area special in earlier times, each street was the exclusive domain of one trade (guilds) so there are whole streets of blacksmiths, silver shops, paper shops, headstone makers and more. Originally there were just 36 streets in the old quarter but today there are more than 50 streets. Although many of the streets are short, and the area is rather compact. It is very difficult to find some local food on your own in hidden alleys or sidewalks; certainly the best way to make it easy is joining, taking part in this special tour to learn about Vietnamese cuisine, culture, people and language.

At 21.00, our tour guide say goodbye to you, and will help you order taxi or show you direction back your hotel

Night 3: Overnight in hotel in Hanoi

Day 4: Hanoi – Bus To Sapa – Cat Cat Village (B/L)

06:00-06:30: Get picked up from your hotel and depart for Sapa

13.00: Arrive Sapa Town with colorful traditional costumes of H'mong, Dzao, Tay ethnic People.

The tour guide will be waiting for you at Bus station. Then, please follow the guide to go to hotel

Enjoy the lunch with local Vietnamese dishes, check-in procedures

14.30: A short trek to the gate of Cat Cat village which is home of Black H'mong ethnic people and is located near the bottom of a deep valley at the foot of Fansipan Peak. Our local guide will show you the daily life activities of the locals, trek down to the valley bottom to the waterfall where the French built a Hydraulic Power Station; stop for photo with bridge and waterfall then you will walk uphill for bus to pick up to get back to Sapa in the afternoon.

17.00: Come back to Sapa Town.

Night 4: Overnight in hotel in Sapa town.

Day 5: Lao Chai Ta Van Village – Bus Back To Hanoi (B/L)

9.30: Trek from Sapa to Y Linh Ho then trek through the rice terraces and along Muong Hoa Stream to the Black Hmong village of Lao Chai to see the spectacular landscape of Hoang Lien Son Mountain.

12.30: Picnic lunch at Lao Chai Village

13.30: Heading to Ta Van village - home of Dzay ethnic people.

14.30: Bus picks you up at Ta Van Bridge to Sapa.

15.00-15:30: The tour guide will take you to the bus stop to take bus back Ha Noi.

21.00 – 21.30: Arrive in Ha Noi.

Deep into the linked chains of towering mountain are pristine places of mystical valleys, numerous fresh water ponds, and jungle.

Embarking on a traditional sampan gently roweddown the exquisite river through numerous caves: Lam Cave, Vang Cave, Dai Cave, Thanh Truot Cave...and Cao Sơn Temple, Suoi Tien Temple, Vu Lam Temple…

15:30 – Arriving Mua Cave and start an amazing trek up to the top of Ngoa Long Mountain for watching the spectacular rice valley with specious view of the nature.

17:15 – Returning to our bus and then come back to Ha Noi

08:30: Local guide pick up at the hotel

Go to market with our chef (about 30 minutes) by taxi.

We will have chance to see and experience the noise as well as directly contact to sellers. In addition to this, we will show the ingredients for using in our lesson.

09:15: Transfer to Cam Thanh village by car or boat on the way, you can explore the beautiful views of Vietnamese countryside, see the water coconut trees growing together.

11:00: Enjoy welcome drink and take a rest at our restaurant, then join cooking class. Our chef will teach you how to cook some local food. After the lesson, enjoy what you have cooked.

13:00: Return to the hotel

You will have the whole day free in Hoi An, discover the beautiful ancient town on your own.

The Holyland surrounded by the marvelous mountains, 48km west of Hoi An. My Son was chosen as a religious center, built in the late 4th century under the Cham’s King Bhadravaman. It is a huge religious complex with over 70 towers and temples of different architectures. Wander through the elaborate carvings and sculptures of the Cham people, tourists are welcomed at the Old Tower of the Cham. Spend 2 hours to enjoy and discover the beauty of Ancient buildings at of the Champa Kingdom with our tour guide. A light lunch will be served as well.

Optional tour: Ba Na Hill and Golden Bridge- way to paradise.

Enjoy breakfast at hotel, then wait for our driver transfer you to the airport to take flight to Ho Chi Minh city. Arrive in Ho Chi Minh and check in hotel. The rest of the day is spent at your leisure, discovering the most active city in Vietnam.

Day 13: Cu Chi Tunnel Day Trip (B)

07:30–07:50: Pick up at your hotel and depart to Cu Chi will take approximately one and a half hours bus driving.

Upon arrival, before exploring the tunnels, you will have some short introduction followed by introductory video about how the tunnels were constructed and how the people survived in the harsh conditions of the war time. Then, spend your time to explore the remaining area and tunnel systems which included the special constructed living areas with kitchens, bedrooms side by side with other martial facilities like storage, weapons factories, field hospitals, and command centers helping whoever lives inside the tunnels meet their basic needs. Besides, there are also many hidden trap doors and dangerous traps within the maze-like tunnels for security purpose during the war. Afterward, special tea and cassava (guerilla’s food during the war) will be served.

Break time for relax or time for those who want to try the real shooting gun. Return to Saigon. End trip.

You will have whole day free and easy in Ho Chi Minh city. You can also choose to take one of our extra tours as below:

Optional tour: Mekong Delta tour

Visit Vinh Trang pagoda which sated back to the late 19 th century. Then boarding the sampan and cruising down the river around the four beautiful islands known as Dragon, Unicorn, Phoenix and Tortoise islands. Stop over at Unicorn Island, go walking around country lane and seeing orchards, enjoy tropical fruits, folk song music which performed by the local people. Visit the fruit plantation. Riding a hand-rowed sampan through Thoi Son canal and treat yourself in the beauty of the countryside, visit the family business, visit honey-bee farm, enjoy honey tea and coconut candy workshop. In the afternoon, time for cycling around the Tan Thach village, meet the local villagers to experience the local daily life in the Mekong delta. Lunch will be served as well.

Everything and I really mean everything from the internal flights, airport transfers and tours in Hanoi, Halong Bay, Hoi An, HCMC, Phnom Penh and Siem Reap was fantastic.The people both in Vietnam and Cambodia are super friendly and humble, poor yet happy.Only 1 negative and this is no fault of Ms Tammy or Halong Tours was the 6 hours delay by Jetstar (nothing unusual) from Hoi An to HCMC, I would recommend that Halong Tours book with Vietnam airlines or VietJet.This tour company is certainly 5 star and for the money that you pay it is certainly worth every penny.Thank you Ms Tammy for making our tour a memorable one, we wish you and your team all the best for 2017, who knows we may see you soon.Jay & NanjiLess
