Voluntary Changes:

This includes booking changes requested by you, included but not limited to those required changes an airline ticket or a Purchase Confirmation reissued.

So if you made changes after your booking was proceeded and flight tickets were issued, a surcharge with $50.00 per person + any additional charges will be applied by the airline/cruise company/accommodation/other travel providers.

Cancellation/Refund:

1st deposit at 199 $AUD/whole group to secure booking will not be refunded to you

2nd deposit (50% of total balance or based on discussion) when we issued all flight tickets: if you want to cancel tour please follow charges:

- 30 days before travelling date: 30% of 2nd deposit plus any additional charges applied by the airline/cruise company/accommodation/other travel providers (applied for 3, 4, 5 star accommodation)

- From 15 days to under 30 days: 50% of 2nd deposit plus any additional charges applied by the airline/cruise company/accommodation/other travel providers (just applied for 3, 4 star accommodation)

- No applied refund for travelling under 30 days with 5 star accommodations

- Under 15 days: no refund applied for 3, 4,5 star accommodations

Method of refund: via paypal and fee will be covered by customers

Last payment: on arrival

No cancellation applied on arrival date, however if you get on bad health condition and have a certificate from a doctor to confirm you can not continue to travel. Refund policies will be applied as below:

Day 1: Hanoi Arrival – Pick Up Airport - Check In Hotel (N/A)

On Arrival in Noi Bai international airport in Hanoi, our driver will wait for your at the exit gate to pick you to Hotel in Hanoi. Arrival Hotel and check in, the rest of the day is spent at your leisure.

Check in time: After 14:00

Night 1: Overnight in hotel in Hanoi

Day 2: Hanoi – Halong Bay – Overnight On Cruise (B/L/D)

7:45-8:15am: Our guide will meet you at your hotel. The shuttle bus or private car pick up. Enjoy the peaceful scenery as we travel through the countryside, farmlands and Red River delta.

12:00 – 12:30 Arriving Tuan Chau Marina. Welcome aboard the cruise. Meet the captain, crew and join us for welcome drink as we tell you about life onboard.

12:30: Check in your cabin. Time to refresh.

13:00: Served a delectable lunch while cruising ahead to Ha Long Bay

14:00: Explore the Surprising Cave – the most beautiful cave in Ha long Bay. It is one of the widest grottoes in Ha Long Bay with thousands of stalactites and stalagmites.

15:30 visit the Titop Island – swimming Climbing up to the Top of the Island – take the best view of Halong Bay Continue cruising to the quiet area while enjoy beautiful seascape on the way.

18:00 Come back cruise and relax

19:00 Dinner is served.

20:00 Socialize with other guests or just laze around

Night 2: Overnight on board

Day 3: Halong Bay – Hanoi – Recheck In Hotel (B/L)

6:30 – 6:45 Do Tai Chi or a photo hunt

7:00 Have breakfast on board while the boat starts cruising to the Natural Preservation Zone.

8:00 Kayaking to explore around the area or visit a floating house and learn about the daily life of the local fishermen who live there.

9:00 We board the cruise again .Take time to refresh and relax before checking out. Bags can be left in luggage store.

10:00 Join in the Cooking Class, teaching you how to make our specifically (Spring rolls) before an early lunch is served.

11: 30 – 12:00 Disembark at the harbor, Tuan Chau Marina.

17:00 Arrival back at your hotel in Hanoi

Night 3: Overnight in hotel in Hanoi

Day 4: Hanoi – Sapa- Cat Cat Village (B/L)

6:40 - 7:00AM: Pick up from the hotel, get on bus and depart for Sapa

13.00: Arrive Sapa Town with colorful traditional costumes of H'mong, Dzao, Tay ethnic People. The tour guide will be waiting for you at Bus station. Then, please follow the guide to go to hotel Welcome drink and itinerary briefing ·Enjoy the lunch with local Vietnamese dishes, check-in procedures

14.30: A short trek to the gate of Cat Cat village which is home of Black H'mong ethnic people and is located near the bottom of a deep valley at the foot of Fansipan Peak. Our local guide will show you the daily life activities of the locals, trek down to the valley bottom to the waterfall where the French built a Hydraulic Power Station; stop for photo with bridge and waterfall then you will walk uphill for bus to pick up to get back to Sa Pa in the afternoon.

17.30: Come back to Sa Pa Town.

Night 4: Overnight in Sa Pa

Trekking Length: 4-5km/Duration: 2hours

Day 5: Sapa Free And Easy - Bus Back Hanoi (B)

Have breakfast at hotel and then you have free and easy time to discover Sapa market, Sapa town

15:00 - 15:10: Bus will come to pick up you to bus station and take big bus to Hanoi

21.15– 21.30: Arrive in Ha Noi.

Night 5: Overnight in Hanoi

Day 6: Hanoi- Airport - Fly To Ho Chi Minh - Pick Up (B)

After breakfast at your hotel and you are free till airport transfer. Today, you will have a flight to Ho Chi Minh city and stay overnight at the most touristic area of Ho Chi Minh City.

Night 6: Overnight in hotel in Ho Chi Minh

Day 7: Cu Chi Tunnel Tour (B)

* Please bring water, snack with you for trip because the trip doesn't include lunch

7:30 - 7:45AM: Our tour guide and driver will pick you up at your hotel and then start drive to Cu Chi which located 60km from HCM city, Cu Chi is now considered a heroic district for its role in the anti-American war in Vietnam. It is legendary for Original tunnels system of over 220km and is a popular spot for both Vietnamese and foreign visitors.

The peacefully rural rice paddy scenery contains ducks and water buffalos swimming in the rivers alongside the road. Visitors will find it hard to imagine the destructions, damage and defoliation all over the area, caused by bombing and mines, When Cu Chi was" A Free Target Zone ". The remnants visitors will see show Cu Chi still has her evidence to prove the fierce battleground that took place there and visitors will see the remnants.

14:00PM: Back to Ho Chi Minh City.

Night 7: Overnight in Ho Chi Minh

Day 8: Mekong Delta - My Tho - Ben Tre (B/L)

7:30 - 7:45AM : Our tour guide will pick up you from hotel

Enjoy the scenic journey along the National Highway bordered by green rice fields.

On arrived at My Tho, visit Vinh Trang pagoda, take a leisurely boat ride along the river, view the stilt houses, fruit plantations and fishing villages along the river bank. Proceed to Tortoise islet, have lunch in the orchard garden. Then a boat ride to An Khanh – a less touristy attraction in Ben Tre, enjoy cruising on a hand-rowed sampan under the shadow of the water coconut trees along natural canals, then enjoy seasonal fruit & honey tea to the sound of "Southern Vietnamese folk music", performed by locals. Visit a family business which epitomizes the idyllic rural lifestyle, taste the delicious coconut candy & observe the pastoral life as you roam through the fruit plantation and village. Meet the bus and return to HCMC. This trip provides a fascinating insight into daily life in the Mekong Delta and you are guaranteed to take home your own private collection of beautiful memories.

Then you will be back to your hotel and relax.

Night 8: Overnight in Ho Chi Minh
